Are you a youth worker, educator, trainer, facilitator, youth leader or civil society practitioner interested in dialogue, peace education and conflict transformation?
Connectors e.V. and its partners are inviting participants from Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia to join the Peacebuilding Multipliers Learning Journey - an international capacity-building programme combining training, practical application, peer learning and international exchange.
What does the programme include?
International Training in Austria
27 October - 2 November 2026
A practical training programme focused on dialogue facilitation, conflict transformation, nonviolent communication, peace education and creating inclusive learning spaces.
Local fairtogether Activities
Following the international training, participants will put their learning into practice by contributing to local workshops and educational activities in their own communities.
Study Visit to North Macedonia
Spring 2027
Participants will come together again in spring 2027 to explore peacebuilding practice, interethnic dialogue and approaches to Dealing with the Past, while meeting local organisations and practitioners.
Who can apply?
The programme is designed for:
Applicants should:
- be 21 years or older;
- work with young people or be actively involved in youth or community initiatives;
- have good spoken and listening English;
- be interested in dialogue, peace education and conflict transformation;
- be motivated to apply and multiply the methods locally;
- be available to participate in the full learning journey.
Previous professional peacebuilding experience is not required. Motivation to learn, participate actively and transfer the learning into local practice is most important.

Costs
Travel, accommodation, meals and programme-related costs for the international activities are covered by the project.
